PropTech media · for developers and builders
A year of film, a year of ads, and the evidence that it worked.
You already know roughly what your hoardings cost. You almost certainly do not know which of them produced a site visit. We shoot your project properly, run the campaigns ourselves, and show you exactly who watched, how far in, and who asked to come and see it.
Brokers give you no visibility
Inventory goes out to twenty brokers and comes back as a phone call. You never learn which buyers looked, what they asked, or why the ones who walked away did.
Agencies hand you files
A video agency delivers an MP4 and an invoice. Whether it moved anyone is somebody else's problem — usually yours.
Nobody carries the risk with you
Everyone is paid whether or not a flat sells. We take a fee and a commission, so a campaign that produces nothing costs us too.
The annual package
28 shoots across the year, plus whatever the ads ask for.

Ad creatives to brief
On demand through the yearWhen a campaign needs a specific cut, angle or hook, we shoot it. Creative follows what the ad account is telling us, not a schedule agreed in January.
The rhythm of the year
Months run from signing, not the calendar. Something lands every month of the twelve.
- We run the performance marketing — the ads are our job, not another vendor's.
- Every asset is yours to use anywhere: your own handles, your sales team's WhatsApp, your hoardings.
- A listing page per project, filmed and verified, that you can send as a single link.
- Monthly reporting on who watched what, and how far in.
What you get back
Not impressions. Names, and how far each one watched.
Every film we publish is measured. You see the drop-off, the rooms people replay, and which campaign the serious viewers came from.

Illustrative of the monthly report. The same numbers decide what we shoot next — creative follows the data, not a schedule.
How we are paid
An annual fee, plus a commission when a lead we sourced closes.
Priced per project, because a twenty-unit boutique building and a six-tower township are not the same job. Tell us what you are launching and we will come back with a number within one working day.
- The annual fee covers the crew, the edit, the media plan and the reporting.
- Commission is only on closures we can trace to a lead we generated — attributed in the dashboard, not argued about later.
- If the ads do not produce buyers, you pay the fee and nothing more. That is the risk we are taking with you.
